From Drawing Review to FOB Shipment

A single custom mold order is accepted. Typical lead time is 4585 days depending on mold structure and size.

    Drawing Review

    Your drawings and requirements are reviewed for feasibility and manufacturability.

  2. 02/07

    Quotation & Confirmation

    A custom quotation is prepared from your drawing; specification and terms are confirmed before start.

  3. 03/07

    Mold Design

    Mold structure, cavity layout and cooling circuits are designed around the confirmed part.

  4. 04/07

    CNC / EDM / Wire-Cut Machining

    Mold bases, cores and cavities are machined using CNC, EDM and wire-cutting processes.

  5. 05/07

    Assembly & Trial

    The mold is assembled and trial-run to validate fit, function and injection performance.

  6. 06/07

    CMM Inspection

    Critical dimensions are measured on a coordinate measuring machine against the drawing.

    Packing & Shipment
